INDIANAPOLIS (Thursday, February 26, 2009) – Trilithic, Inc. is expanding online resources by hosting regularly scheduled Training Webcasts in the Trilithic Online Training Center. Offered in one hour increments, each webcast provides training and tips on popular topics such as HSD troubleshooting, Home Certification and Ingress Mitigation, and Signal Leakage Analysis.

Through a combination of video, presentations, and interactive question and answer sessions, Trilithic delivers a high-quality virtual training program allowing customers to learn from the comfort of their own chair. These courses are ideal for training employees located in remote or multiple locations, or for a small number of employees who require training but cannot be out of the field for extended periods of time.

Web-based training offers the convenience of learning in the comfort of the office. Making the training convenient increases the opportunity to learn, and increases productivity by minimizing time required for training and making Techs more proficient in their work.

"The turn-out has been tremendous" said Mark Webb, Vice President of Trilithic. "Trilithic is committed to providing more ways for our customers to gain knowledge. It has never been more important to save time and money, and this training method saves significant time and money.”

Indianapolis (Tuesday, February 17, 2009) – Trilithic Inc. announced its Network Services division is now providing hosted services for the Leakage Analysis Workshop (LAW), the proprietary software application developed for the Seeker GPS Integrated Leakage System, LAW provides sophisticated database management, GPS tracking, map operations, work order generation and the many other functions needed for keeping leakage outbreaks under control.

Until now when an operator equipped his vehicles with the Seeker GPS system he either purchased an integrated LAW server from Trilithic or set up and maintained the server on his own resources. With the introduction of Hosted LAW, the operator now has a third option.

Trilithic’s Hosted Solution makes it unnecessary for the operator to purchase or set up his own LAW server. All of his leakage management processes, including data refinement, record keeping and communications can be provided by a server facility managed by Trilithic Network Services. Bank-like security, hardware and communications redundancy and offsite data backup services are provided for a monthly fee on a discount schedule that fits the economics of both small and large operators. IT hardware is kept at pace with expanded processing needs by Trilithic Network Services in the event an operator’s need for processing expands.

"Particularly in today's economy, we feel it's important to offer all of our customers access to the newest and most efficient technology -- technology that helps them work smarter and more cost-efficiently, " said Terry Bush , Trilithic President and co-founder. "By providing a hosted solution, we can now serve those customers in need of lowered capital investments and pay-as-you-go pricing."
