Manage, configure and update your 860 field analyzers with ease

WorkBench is a Windows-based, Web-linked software application with an intuitive PC graphical user interface, WorkBench makes it easy to support, expand and update/upgrade the features of Trilithic’s 860 DSP, 860 DSPi, 860 DSPh, and 860 DSPr analyzers and 8300 FST Forward SpeedSweep Transmitter.

The WorkBench software also helps you manage your 860 inventory, to make sure all techs are working with the same features, channel plans and test processes. It also lets you quickly and easily download optional 860 performance features and install/configure them at your convenience.

There are three different version of the WorkBench software to choose from:

WorkBench Lite - Free Configuration Starter Software used to facilitate custom configurations including Channel Plans, Auto Tests, and Firmware Updates. Includes a 30-day evaluation period for the advanced datalog analysis features of WorkBench. Easily upgradeable over the phone to a full version of WorkBench whenever the need arises.

WorkBench - Includes all of the same features of WorkBench Lite plus additional advanced datalog analysis features including; Retrieval, Display, Graphing, and Export of technical data via the meter’s Ethernet port, or serially with the included Data Cable (I/O-14).

WorkBench with TDM Component - Includes the WorkBench Software with TDM Component Software for uploading and downloading information to a TDM server.

    Software for the 860 DSP, 860 DSPi, 860 DSPh, and 860 DSPr analyzers and 8300 FST Forward SpeedSweep Transmitter. Create configuration packages for Channel Plans and Auto Tests. Perform Firmware updates, retrieve, display, graph, or export technical data via the meter’s Ethernet port, or serially with the included Data Cable (I/O-14). Requires Windows® 2000 or higher operating system.

  • TDM (Trilithic Data Manager) Component

    For current users of WorkBench Software. Activates TDM Component within WorkBench software for up/down loading channel plans, auto-tests, firmware updates and technical data to the TDM server. REQUIRES WORKBENCH SOFTWARE VERSION 2.0 or HIGHER.

  • TDM Integrated Server Package

    Pre-configured server, integrating powerful software and hardware to provide remote access to channel plans, auto test, and firmware updates, supports data uploads via the Internet. Measurement data and work order management tracking and report features are compatible with major WFM systems. The server hardware comes pre-configured with 6 WorkBench/TDM Software Packs. TDM Server can store more than 10 million data logs (average data log is 34 kB).

Warranty

Repairs

All repairs carry a 90-day warranty against defects in replacement parts and repair workmanship.

Products

All Trilithic products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of one year after shipment.

Trilithic's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product after being returned to our factory, and Trilithic determining the product be indeed defective.

This is Trilithic's sole warranty and is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and sets forth the buyers sole remedy.

The following products carry a Dell Three Year Warranty

All Specially Configured Dell PowerEdge 2U Rack Mount Server products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of three years after shipment. Dell provides next business day, parts and labor, on-site response for the following Trilithic products.
