The Trilithic Searcher Plus GT is the first Leakage Measurement Receiver built specifically for systems using digital set top terminals that cannot tolerate "tagged" leakage carriers.
While channel “tagging” is commonly used to make leakage detection easier, some digital and descrambling set top terminals can’t tolerate it. The Searcher Plus GT detector provides enhanced "false alarm" resistance and many of the leakage detection benefits of the Trilithic Super Plus without the use of a tagged leakage test signal.
