9581 RSA
The 9581 RSA measures return sweep signals and relays the received level information back to sweeping 860 field analyzers. Trilithic’s sweep solution includes the 8300 FST that generates a sweep stimulus for the downstream measurement, an 860 with a sweep option (FS-1) that receives the forward sweep and transmits reverse sweep signals for upstream measurements, and the 9581 RSA to receive the upstream sweep signal generated by the 860, and relay the measurement results back to the 860.
The RSA can be used with an 860 with either the SR-1 or VP-1 option for return sweep reception or reverse path loss analysis, or with an RSVP2 for installation testing. These tests are performed by maintenance or installation technicians.
