Repair and Return Service

Before returning a product for service, please call the Service Center for an RMA number. When you call, a Product Service Representative will schedule your unit for service and take notes on the work to be done. Any questions regarding equipment in for repair can be directed to the Service Center. Depending on instrument model and parts availability, some products may have 48 hour turnaround service on repairs. There is a charge for this premium service. Please contact an authorized Service Center for more information.

Quality Parts and Workmanship

Our Certified Repair Center technicians have been fully trained on the products they service by Trilithic production engineers. The test procedures and documentation they use are to full Production standards. All replacement parts used by our Service Center meet or exceed the quality of the original components. Service by an unauthorized company may invalidate a product"s warranty. Abuse of the product or attempts by unauthorized personnel to serve the product voids all warranties.

Shipping Instructions:

  • Include your name, the correct address and phone number
  • If your company requires one, include your Purchase Order number for repairs. Be sure to send immediately so that your equipment return is not delayed.
  • Note "Special Instructions" on packaging list/repair tag
  • You may Request two-day or five-day service for an additional cost. Print "Two-day Service" or "Five-day Service" on carton and packaging list/repair tag.
  • Package your equipment carefully to ensure safe shipment.

Repairs

All repairs carry a 90-day warranty against defects in replacement parts and repair workmanship.

Products

All Trilithic products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of one year after shipment.

Trilithic"s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product after being returned to our factory, and Trilithic determining the product be indeed defective.

This is Trilithic"s sole warranty and is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and sets forth the buyers sole remedy
