Trilithic's offices are open and staffed Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped only on these business days. Orders and correspondence received on Saturday and Sunday will be addressed/shipped on the following Monday and included in that day's business.

Internet requests are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year from Trilithic's Web site. A Request for Quote received Monday through Friday prior to 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same day. All other requests will be answered in the order they are received during regular business hours. Please include your daytime telephone number, email or fax number to allow Trilithic's sales staff to contact you if there should be any concerns regarding your Internet inquiry.
