EASyPLUS Encoder/Decoder Voluntary Recall

As a result of a quality control audit, Trilithic discovered a potential problem with our EASyPLUS Encoder/Decoder. Some units may have a wiring error that has the potential of causing a service interruption or catastrophic unit failure. While this is a non-safety recall, this wiring error should be corrected as soon as practical. For this reason, Trilithic is voluntarily recalling these units.

Because a Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for all units being returned to our facility, we have established a designated recall hotline to expedite unit(s) for modification.
